Bournville’s Regional One Midlands match against Drybrook has been postponed because of a frozen pitch.
Bourns were scheduled to make their first-ever visit to the Mannings Road ground high in the Forest of Dean but a combination of snow on Thursday evening and frost overnight meant the pitch failed an inspection on Saturday morning.
A new date for the fixture has yet to be confirmed but is likely to be Saturday January 24, the next free Saturday for both clubs.
But Bournville Blues’ Counties Two Midlands West (East) match at Harbury will go ahead as planned with a 2.15pm kick-off.
The Waterloo Fields passed a late morning pitch inspection so the Blues will play their first match of 2026.
We will update once we have more information.
