MEMBERSHIP 2026/27
All memberships are now available for purchase via GMS with all payments due by 30th September 2026. There is no early payment discount this season as we have requested payment earlier and expect all of our members to support us in a timely manner. The Club memberships can be paid over instalments. The Club shall be applying late payment penalty (£50) for full adult members who choose to pay later than their teammates.
Players who have not paid for membership may not be available for selection or training at the discretion of the Club Committee. A persistent non-payer was required to leave the Club in last season.
On a more positive note, Bournville RFC continues to represent exceptional value for money. Our Avery Field facilities are second to none and this should be another fantastic season both on and off the field for BRFC.
We now offer a huge range of membership options across our Mens, Womens, Walking Rugby, Social, Supporter and our brilliant Mini+Junior Sections.

GMS (GAME MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) HELP & SUPPORT
Please find below a useful guide to purchasing memberships via GMS and avenues of technical support should you run into any issues. A reminder that we are asking all existing members to ensure that you have registered for your membership prior to the first weekend of the season on 31st August/1st September. Failure to do so may result in playing and training privileges being suspended.
NEW GMS USERS
Follow the link https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Dashboard/Organisation/990, click on Buy Memberships and follow the on screen prompts. This will automatically link your GMS account with Bournville RFC and then allow you to purchase memberships.
Note – M&Js parents will need to set up your own account and then add your child to your profile.
EXISTING GMS USERS
Follow the link https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Dashboard/Organisation/990, log in using the details on the left of the screen and then proceed to purchase memberships from the ‘My Organisations’ box. (See here for support. https://help.rfu.com/support/solutions/articles/103000064105-buying-memberships )
Note – For M&Js parents, please ensure that when purchasing memberships, you are clicked on the correct person on your account. Ie. Your child for M&Js membership and yourselves for adult memberships.

AFFILIATION
It is an RFU (and BRFC) requirement that all players are affiliated to the club prior to the start of the season. For existing players, renewing affiliation is straight forward and doesn’t require any confirmation from the club. If you are stuck, here is the RFU help page.
