1. TRADITIONAL SPONSORSHIP
Bournville RFC is reaching out to businesses of all sizes and members with business ties to engage and financially support the club. Sponsoring the club will promote the business to a database of close to a thousand members including ex-players, players and parents.
NATIONAL – £500 + VAT
‘National’ is the entry level package offering:
- Full page match day programme advert. Value £200
- Listed on the sponsorship board
- Complimentary full membership (free access to club home games and 20% off drinks discount). Value £180
- Discounts on other events & advertising
CHAMPIONSHIP – £2500 + VAT
‘Championship’ offers the benefit of National plus:
- Logo on the first team shirt or equivalent – Value £750
- Pitch side hoarding – Value £300
- Name major fitting within the club or grounds, e.g. changing room, post protectors – Value £1,000
PREMIERSHIP – £NEGOTIABLE
‘Premiership’ is a tailored package. Building on Championship but giving the opportunity to brand a major facility sponsorship e.g. clubhouse, pitch, 1st Team. It is a great opportunity for a business to engage with a membership with a diverse background, actively promote sport and be visibly engaged in supporting the regeneration of a socially deprived area in which Avery Fields will be the beacon and hub for the community.
Premiership sponsorship will also include:
- Access to International tickets
- Full Match day sponsorship
- The use of the club and players for media and advertising
- Use of the Clubhouse facilities

The Club has settled at the state of the art purpose-built sports ground, Avery Fields, located on the borders of Edgbaston and Bearwood.
Buy a single or double sized brickslip positioned inside the new clubhouse and remain as a prominent part of history.
Show your support, gift it to a loved one, or make a statement that will last forever.
COSTS
- Single Brick = £150 – 32 Characters
- Double sized Brick = £400 – A ‘Family’ sized brick with up to 64 Characters.

5. COMMUNITY DEPARTMENT SPONSORSHIP
The Bournville Community Department is a new Community Rugby initiative which will deliver a wide range of sports projects and supply quality sports coaching to schools and organisations in the local area and beyond, linking up with Sports In Schools who specialise in the formation and operating of community departments for sporting clubs and businesses.
With over 200 schools education establishments within a 10-mile radius of the club, there is a fantastic opportunity to build stronger links within the community, deliver high quality sports provision and provide sustained support to the next generation of rugby players who could one day represent the club as a player, supporter or volunteer.
We are looking for individuals, businesses and groups who can sponsor this initiative and can offer you the 3 following options:

Sponsorship of the entire Community Department is an excellent opportunity to enhance your company’s community reach and engagement. Bournville Rugby has a strong, active and vibrant Community Department. A pivotal part of the Club and its role as an ambassador to our wider audience of children, schools and youth organisations.

Sponsorship of Bournville Rugby Community Projects and Camps is a great way to engage with the local community and support active projects and activities for the families that live within the local community.
- Sponsorship of Holiday Camps and Curriculum projects including Reading & Rugby, Rugby Maths & Rugby Write!

- Branding on community department literature for projects and camps – circa. 15,000 families across the surrounding area.
BOURNVILLE RUGBY COMMUNITY PROJECTS SUPPORT
TOTAL INVESTMENT £1,000 + VAT
Sponsorship of Bournville Rugby Community Projects is a quick and easy way to engage with the local schools in helping children to achieve their numeracy, reading and writing support with a rugby theme. These projects run for 12 weeks culminating in a tag festival at the end of this programme of delivery.

- Branding on community department literature for the project with end of programme festival branding – circa. 10 schools, 300 children participating.
