Bournville change seven for Luctonians

Bournville have made seven changes to the side for today’s National Two West match against Luctonians at Mortimer Park (2.15pm).

Lock Nick Murphy returns in the pack having missed that last three matches with Ben O’Sullivan, who came off the bench against Old Redcliffians last week, starting on the blindside flank in a swap with Louis Mifsud.

Clarkson McLeod comes into the starting XV at loosehead prop, the position he was due to be in against Old Redcliffians until he had to fill in as replacement hooker after James Weaver went down with illness. Weaver has recovered and he takes his place on the bench at Luctonians with McLeod swapping places with James Burgoyne.

There is a much-changed back division with Rob Knox and Joe Nellany forming a new centre pairing. Sam Grimshaw is ruled out by the knee injury he suffered in the opening exchanges last week so Knox, who replaced him, will start with Nellany coming in for Joe Jenkins, who is among the replacements.

James Mann returns at fly-half in place of Rhys Williams, who will be with the squad at Luctonians as a travelling reserve, with wing Mikey Ho making his first start since he returned to the club from Old Saltleians.
