As we gear up for an action-packed season, our leadership team has finalised a Five-year Strategic Plan rooted in a ‘One Club, One Focus’ philosophy—harnessing our collective strengths to build a great future together.
To maintain our facilities and ensure we are positioned to execute this plan, we will be implementing a slight increase in subscriptions this season. This covers our essential operating costs and supports our long-term ambitions, including:
- Relaying and upgrading our 3G pitch surface.
- Installing padel courts.
- Expanding the clubhouse and balcony.
- Transitioning to solar-generated power and an on-site water bore-hole to aleviate rising utility costs and reduce our carbon footprint.
New for this season
- Coaching & Mentorship: Our first team elite coaches will work directly with all section coaches to raise standards club-wide,
To link the M&Js sections to the senior club though first XV home games activities on Saturdays.
