Bournville has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious coach to lead our Blues – second XV – team into the league structure.
Main Responsibilities
· Working with the current coaching group on coaching sessions for seamless transition of players.
· Available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for training
· Available Saturday to lead all League and Cup Matches
· Driving BRFC standards and playing style into the team
· Feedback to the 1st XV coaching team on individual performances
The Ideal Person:
· Ambitious coach looking to gain experience within a National Two coaching group
· Working towards RFU Level Two (club will support with this)
· Driven individual
· Aligned with our attacking playing style
