On the pitch Bournville’s first XV will have their final training session before the rearranged Regional One Midlands match at Drybrook while in the clubhouse the opening match in this season’s the opening match in this year’s Guinness Six Nations will be screened live.
France begin their title defence against Ireland at the Stade de France in the first-ever match in the tournament to be played on a Thursday. The switch from the traditional weekend slot has been made to avoid a clash with the opening ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Milan.
Bournville’s first team will be training from 6.45pm before the France v Ireland match kicks off at 8.10pm.
