The club season may have finished last month but three Bournville players have been busy earning representative honours with North Midlands in May.
Tom Gault was part of the North Midlands Under-20s squad who reached the Midlands final of the Jason Leonard Under-20s County Championship, going down 34-19 to East Midlands at Stockwood Park in Luton having beaten Staffordshire and Warwickshire in the pool stage.
Two members of Bournville Golds, hooker Ellie Scott and back-row forward Heather Rogers, have also won county honours with North Midlands in the Gill Burns County Championship.
Rogers was among the replacements for the 34-19 defeat by Eastern Counties at Droitwich on Saturday May 24 and Rogers was also on the bench when North Midlands began their Division Two Pool Three campaign with a 46-21 defeat at the hands of East Midlands.
North Midlands Women complete their county programme against Berkshire at Droitwich on June 1.
