Bournville are seeking an experienced and passionate Forwards Coach for the 2025/26 season.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated coach to work with a talented group of players, helping to develop and enhance their skills, particularly in the forward pack.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead on the technical and tactical development of the forward pack including scrummaging, lineout, mauls and breakdown area.
- Assist in planning and delivering high-quality training sessions.
- Work closely with the Head Coach and wider coaching team to develop team strategies.
- Provide individual player feedback and development plans.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and competitive team environment.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience of coaching rugby union, particularly within the forwards unit.
- A strong understanding of set-piece play, breakdown work and forward pack strategies.
- Ability to communicate effectively and inspire players.
- Relevant coaching qualifications – RFU Level Two minimum, Level Three desirable.
- A passion for player development and a team-first ethos.
