The Annual General Meeting of Bournville Rugby Football Club Limited will be held in the clubhouse at Avery Fields Sports & Events, 79 Sandon Road, Birmingham B17 8DT on Tuesday June 30 at 7pm.

AGENDA

  • To read the Notice convening the Meeting (see below)
  • Apologies for absence
  • To receive and approve a report from the Committee on the affairs of the club since the previous Annual General Meeting
  • To receive and approve a Financial Statement for the preceding financial year
  • To elect Officers for the season 2024/2025 (Rule 9.3 & Rule 14.1)
  • To elect members of The Committee for the season 2024/2025 (Rule 9.4 & Rule 15.1.2)
  • Any Other Business at the discretion of the Chairman
  • Date of the next Annual General Meeting

NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF BOURNVILLE RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED

In accordance with Rule 9 of the Rules of Bournville Rugby Football Club Limited, registered under the Cooperative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, I hereby give notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, 30th June 2026 at Avery Fields Sports & Events, 79 Sandon Road, Birmingham B17 8DT. The meeting will commence at 7.00pm.

Subject to compliance with Rule 6, Members will be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting in Accordance with Rule 9.
