Three players who helped Bournville to defeat Nuneaton 72-0 in the final Regional One Midlands match of the season last weekend will be on duty for Bournville Blues against Lutterworth Seconds at Avery Fields on Saturday (3pm).
Eugene Madzimi, Rhys Williams Goldman and Oscar Fawkes-Underwood all contributed to the emphatic win at Nuneaton and will now turn their attentions to trying to help the Blues avenge a heavy defeat at Lutterworth earlier in the season.
Williams Goldman started at full-back at Nuneaton but will play in the centre this week as well Madzimi who marked his first team debut with a brace of tries from the left wing.
Fawkes-Underwood will start at fly-half, the position he occupied against Nuneaton and alongside Madzimi and flanker Sam Barnickle will be one of three players in the side who are still young enough to play for the club’s Colts team.
Saturday’s match is the Blues’ penultimate fixture of the season which concludes with another home match against second placed Berkswell & Balsall on April 25.
